HR Coordinator

Cates is looking for an energetic HR Coordinator who is passionate about recruiting and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.

You'll play a key role in helping us attract great employees, coordinate interviews, welcome new hires, and support the continued growth of our company.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit for all positions
  • Review resumes and screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain applicant tracking records
  • Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Support social media recruiting initiatives
  • Help promote Cates as an employer of choice
  • Assist with company activities and employee recognition program
  • Prepare miscellaneous reports as required
  • Other HR duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (Paylocity is a plus!)
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions
  • Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus
