Job Description
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all waterpark public areas including restrooms, locker rooms, lounging areas, cabanas, walkways, guest service stations, and other assigned areas to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
As a Public Area Attendant, you will:
  • Repeatedly clean, disinfect, and restock all public restrooms and locker rooms throughout the waterpark
  • Ensure all restrooms and changing areas are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other necessary supplies
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in janitorial storage and utility closets
  • Sweep, mop, and hose down all high-traffic guest walkways and common areas to prevent slips and maintain cleanliness
  • Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, windows, and entrance doors
  • Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the waterpark, replacing liners and ensuring proper disposal in designated receptacles
  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest lounging spaces, including chairs, tables, and shaded cabana areas
  • Assist with cleaning guest service offices and sales booths located within the waterpark
  • Promptly report any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor or designated maintenance department
  • Ensure all debris and lost items are removed and/or reported appropriately
  • Operate equipment such as pressure washers when necessary for deep cleaning outdoor areas
  • Vacuum indoor areas with rugs or carpet, including guest welcome areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support overall park operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
