Summary
Join Us as an Interior Stylist and Elevate Property Presentations!
In this position, you will oversee the entire staging and destaging of properties, ensuring timely completion of all activities while maintaining accurate inventory tracking. We seek a candidate who blends artistic creativity with exceptional attention to detail. This role also requires physical endurance and the capability to handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities
  • Home staging consulting, working with the clients current belongings
  • Fully Staging homes - packing, unpacking, decorating, styling
  • Physically able to move and lift furniture with one other person
  • Coordinating, Renting and Driving rental vans around the island
  • Proactive and Clear Communication with clients to coordinate and set expectations during the listing process
  • Maintaining tongg+partners standards in design and customer service
  • Coordinating long and short timelines
Qualifications
  • Interior Design experience or general knowledge of design
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to design creatively and coordinate timelines
  • Tech friendly for use of task systems and shared calendars
