• Current 6 dentists are excited to welcome new partners & are happy to provide mentorship if desired
• A growing wave of young families moving into the area is driving new patient inquiries to nearly double current volumes, offering the opportunity to be busy from day one
• Diverse and well-balanced patient panel, ranging from pediatrics through age 18, with some adult patients
• Opportunity and support to provide advanced dental procedures
• 2 assistants provided to every dentist
• Collaboration with MDs welcome
• 4 day work week with admin time built

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $180,000–$250,000, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
• Sign on bonus, relocation stipend, CDE, student loan repayment, full benefits, 401k and 457 plans
