Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts by managing orders, forecasts, and account communications. This role serves as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders, quotations, order changes, and expedited requests.
  • Monitor open orders and communicate updates, schedule changes, and delivery information to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer forecasts and account records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with sales, purchasing, production planning, and other departments to meet customer needs.

  • Assist with product returns and customer issue resolution.

Qualifications:
