Multimedia Designer (Brand & Digital Design)

Position Summary

We are looking for a designer who possesses exceptional visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding English communication. The ideal candidate has formal design education, understands typography and visual hierarchy, and produces polished, production-ready work with minimal supervision.

  • This is a design-focused position (approximately 70%).
  • UI/UX Design (approximately 20%).
  • Video editing and motion graphics (approximately 10%).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Brand Development (70%)
  • Design brochures, one-pagers, flyers, banners, catalogs, presentations, sales collateral, and other print and digital marketing materials.
  • Develop logos, brand identities, icons, infographics, illustrations, and promotional graphics.
  • Create layouts that demonstrate excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
  • Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, masking, compositing, and color correction.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Sysco brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Review all work thoroughly before submission to ensure accuracy and quality.

Digital Design & UI/UX (20%)

  • Design landing pages, website layouts, email graphics, and digital campaigns.
  • Create wireframes and UI mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Design responsive digital assets optimized for desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve usability and user experience.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics (10%)

  • Edit educational and product awareness videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create basic animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final video exports.
  • Assist with storyboarding and production when required.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand Commercialization, Brand Governance, Merchandising Business Centers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Present concepts and incorporate feedback professionally.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

Professional Experience

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout, print design, digital design, and photo editing.
  • Corporate or B2B marketing experience is preferred.
