Job description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing upon marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Under direction of the Marketing Manager or Director this role will play a key part in content creation, email marketing, campaign execution, social media management, and analytics.

What You'll Do:  

  • Provide project management support for a variety of marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Hosts trainings on key marketing resources, to include online reputation management system, video messaging system, CRM, martech tools and others as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for internal marketing and sales communications as well as external content support for websites, email marketing, blogs, and social media.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate and track the performance of email marketing campaigns, including list management, marketing automation programs, and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist with video/photo shoots as needed.
  • Work closely with designers, sales partners, agency partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage marketing campaign data within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and integration with broader sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with marketing agencies, vendors, designers, internal/external stakeholders to coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting.

What We're Looking For: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content required. 
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) and scheduling tools required. 
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms Salesforce/Pardot preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital advertising required. 
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred. 
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track marketing activities and customer data preferred. 
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills is critical. 
  • A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for marketing required.
