As a server, you will be expected to know all aspects of each front of the house station and provide exemplary customer service: You may be required to spend between 6-8 continuous hours participating in the following tasks during a shift.Food runner - responsible for presentation, set-ups, expediting to tables, and communication with the kitchenBacker- responsible for stocking portioning and preparing pastries, salads, quiches, bagels, desserts, etc.Barista- responsible for making all beverages prepping and stocking suppliesSandwich Bar- responsible for set up and execution of all orders, stock and break down the sandwich bar Register 1 & 2 - successfully take orders and delegate tasks to ensure all orders are fulfilledCatering- responsible for pulling all items for the next day's catering as well as ensuring everything is packed correctly before an order is delivered.Stocking- responsible for maintaining stock levels of all items throughout the day as well as restock all zones at the end of the dayClosing & opening procedures
