You’ll also support emergency response calls for water, mold, and fire-related losses.
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise jobsite production, quality assurance, safety, and timelines
  • Maintain and manage company equipment, vehicles, and jobsite materials
  • Oversee crew performance, coach new technicians, and assist in hiring and training
  • Document projects thoroughly (photos, paperwork, reporting software)
  • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the job
  • Respond to emergency calls, including after-hours and weekends (on-call rotation)
  • Coordinate inspections, permits, and customer walkthroughs
  • Ensure OSHA safety standards and PPE compliance on all job sites
  • Obtain customer satisfaction sign-offs and collect final payments
Qualifications

  • MRS (Mold Remediator License) or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in mold remediation, water/fire restoration, or related trades
  • WRT and AMRT certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient with mobile apps and job tracking software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in full PPE
Safety Gear Provided

  • Full PPE, including N95 masks, Tyvek suits, gloves, goggles, and boots
  • Fall protection for elevated work
  • Ear and eye protection as needed
  • Tools and equipment provided and maintained
Why Work with Us?
