We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our RESIDENCE INN by Marriott. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance of the company, and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations

  • Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results

  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes

  • Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business needs

  • Communicate effectively with other team members and management

  • Other duties as assigned
