Lightedge is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support our team. The Financial Analyst reports to the VP of Strategic Finance and will support monthly reporting, annual budgeting and strategic financial analysis for all aspects of Lightedge's operations. This role is instrumental in providing executives with strategic financial insights to help support strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for executives and the board
  • Assists in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintain long-term model for strategic planning
  • Conduct financial analysis to help drive strategic decision making
  • Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in providing analysis on various metrics
  • Partner closely across departments to analyze and report on customer and sales data, product margins & capacity planning
  • Assist in ad hoc strategic analysis and reporting request from various departments throughout the company

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required
  • 1-2+ years of strategic finance, investment banking, private equity or management consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Extensive experience in working with large data sets and financial modeling
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities while working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
  • Self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
