Job description

North Country FORD/CJDR is seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.

Requirements for Automotive Billing Clerk-strong communication skills (Written and verbal). Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills a MUST! Solid knowledge of how dealership accounting works. Experience handling a high volume of paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile schedules
  • Receipt all monies received for new and used car deals
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
  • Bill and process Dealer Trades as needed
  • Files documents as needed
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required
  • Verifies schedules for completeness of deal
  • Knowledge of title work/registration processes would be helpful
  • Research outstanding vehicle related receivables and assist in collection and reporting as necessary
  • Process F&I product cancellation paperwork, including refunds due
