Temporary Office Filing Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Office Filing Clerk to assist with document organization and record-keeping in a professional office setting. This temporary role will last between 1 to 6 months, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Sort, organize, and file paper and digital documents accurately
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval
  • Label and categorize files according to office procedures
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and data entry as needed
  • Retrieve and re-file documents as requested by staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform light administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
