We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our team at Stimulus Technologies. The AP Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing and processing all accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. This position involves reviewing invoices, verifying expense reports, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Furthermore, the AP Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the month-end closing process. Key Responsibilities
•    Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
•    Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
•    Prepare and execute payments to vendors via checks, electronic transfers, or other methods.

Education and Experience
