File Clerk

Part-time file Clerk  to assist with law firm records and document management. Sahara/Durango location. Perfect for students! 20-25 hrs/week.  $16.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: sort, scan/digitize and file incoming mail, court documents, client records
  • Record organization: maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • General Support: Assist with routine office tasks (examples include: photocopying, faxing, data entry, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence)

Experience:

  •  No previous experience required

Skill sets:

  • Organization, attention to detail, communication, discretion and confidentiality, and computer proficiency

Other Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US; Must have clear background check (no: fraud/deceit, theft, violent offenses, etc); must have reliable transportation
