What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant at Texas Fertility Center, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience.
Daily responsibilities include:
  • Rooming patients, collecting medical history, and taking vital signs
  • Preparing exam rooms and assisting physicians during procedures
  • Providing injection training and administering injections as needed
  • Coordinating patient flow and managing clinic efficiency
  • Supporting patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
  • Educating patients on next steps, medications, and treatment plans
  • Communicating lab results and physician instructions
  • Managing orders, prescriptions, and patient materials
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred:
  • Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant certification
  • Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or specialty setting (fertility/OB/GYN is a plus)
