Bilingual (English, Spanish) Sales Team Member
As a Client Account Representative of State Farm with Christian Durand - State Farm Agent, you will be the point of contact for many of our customers, providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships. You will assist clients with their insurance needs by answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products and services. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.

  • Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
  • Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
