Assistant Facilities Manager Corporate Facilities Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to support the operations and management of a corporate real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organized, independent professional who excels in facilities coordination, financial management, vendor relationships, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

The Assistant Facilities Manager will support a Facilities Manager overseeing seven regional office locations, helping drive operational excellence, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure facilities services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in corporate facilities, property management, office operations, or commercial real estate who enjoys managing relationships, coordinating projects, and improving workplace environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support facilities operations across a multi-site corporate office portfolio

  • Partner with the Facilities Manager on daily operations, projects, budgets, and service delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupants, vendors, and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate vendor activities, service requests, and facility-related projects

  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, reporting, and financial processes

  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for operational improvements

  • Manage work orders and facility requests through CMMS platforms

  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure workplace standards are maintained

  • Support office moves, space planning, and workplace initiatives

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates using Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications
