QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Minimum of twoย (2)ย years of progressiveย housekeeping experienceย in a hotelย or hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory orย leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diplomaย or equivalent required; hospitality educationย is a plus.
  • Experience with hotelย property management systemsย and Microsoft Officeย preferred.
  • Strong knowledge ofย housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, andย safety practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executiveย Housekeeper with theย daily operation ofย the Housekeeping Department.
  • Supervise Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Laundryย staff to ensureย cleanliness, productivity, and quality standardsย are achieved.
  • Inspect guest rooms,ย public areas, andย back-of-houseย spaces to ensureย compliance withย Hilton brand standards.
  • Assist with training, coaching, mentoring, andย performance managementย of housekeeping teamย members.
  • Prepare daily workย assignments and assistย with scheduling basedย on occupancy andย business needs.
  • Ensureย timely cleaning ofย guest rooms andย public spaces whileย maintainingย productivity goals.
  • Monitor room statusย and communicate effectivelyย with the Frontย Office to ensureย room availability.
  • Respond promptly andย professionally to guestย requests and serviceย recovery opportunities.
  • Assist with inventoryย management and orderingย of housekeeping supplies, linens, and guestย amenities.
  • Ensureย compliance with safetyย procedures, chemical handlingย guidelines, and OSHAย standards.
  • Maintain properย Lost & Found proceduresย and key controlย practices.
  • Coordinate maintenance issuesย with the Engineeringย Department and followย up to ensureย completion.
  • Assist with payrollย review, attendance monitoring, and labor productivity.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employeeย engagementย initiatives.
  • Help coordinate operationsย during high occupancyย periods, group arrivals, and special events.
  • Foster a positiveย work environment builtย on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional guestย service.
  • Perform Manager-on-Duty responsibilitiesย as assigned.
  • Perform other dutiesย as assigned byย hotel leadership.
