Jobposition description:

Performgeneral property maintenance and repairs in the most efficient manner and asdirected by the Management staff. Meet or exceed company standards forcleanliness, cost control, safety, physical condition, and residentsatisfaction related to the overall maintenance of the property.

EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Respond to prioritize, and completework orders for resident requests.
  • Complete apartment turnovers (painting,dry-wall patching, check/test fixtures, appliances, alarms, change filters,repair damage).
  • Maintain asset by followingpreventative schedule to address property needs and maintain equipment,including but not limited to HVAC, boilers, fire protection system.
  • Assist Executive Director in managing 
  • Maintain a high-level of customerservice when dealing with residents, family members, vendors, and employees ofCapri Communities.
