Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based practices.
- Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
- Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
About Compensation
Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
