Position Overview
The Administrative & Catering Support role provides vital assistance to the club’s management and events teams. This position supports daily administrative functions, member communications, and catering/event operations to ensure seamless experiences for members and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support club managers with scheduling, document preparation, and reporting
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with membership communications, newsletters, and updates
• Coordinate deliveries, office supplies, and vendor interactions
Catering & Event Support
• Assist in administrative planning and coordinating club and private events
• Prepare event materials, menus, and administrative documents
• Liaise with members and clients regarding event details and expectations
• Support on site event setup, check in, and guest service as needed
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain event calendars and manage related communications
