What will your typical day look like?

The Event Technology & Registration Coordinator will manage the end-to-end participant experience in Cvent with respect to firm-wide events and learnings programs.  

  • Design and build complex event registration sites, mobile apps, surveys, and digital communications such as invitations, confirmations, and push notifications.
  • Oversee all aspects of program registration website design and development, understanding system capabilities and reporting parameters to ensure data is captured appropriately for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with event planners across various teams to build a seamless registration and mobile app experience, teaming up to solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical support related to event systems including troubleshooting, best practices, and process recommendations to both team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as a champion and SME for Cvent, implementing and driving adoption of various system features and modules, such as OnArrival, Attendee Hub, Studio, Budget Management, Cvent Supplier Networking, Access Portal, etc.
  • Shared inbox support
  • Assist with the creation of custom reports for various teams.
  • Operate in other event technology and platforms as needed. 
  • Administrative duties as required.
About the team

Deloitte seeks a coordinator with proven experience in event technology and registration systems. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Deloitte University North, Events Experience and other teams building and maintaining registration websites, mobile app for a variety of events and post-event surveys. 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/has:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in event registration and data management 
  • Proficiency in Cvent Platform, including the event management software, OnArrival, Attendee Hub and Social Tables (Cvent certification preferred)
  • Prior experience with other event platforms and systems, and general knowledge of HTML and CSS are beneficial
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and general reporting skills 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously while managing rapidly changing priorities and peak periods. 
  • General knowledge of project management and event coordination are valuable, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, onsite event support, and travel as required.

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
