What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for the strategic development, execution and continuous improvement of employee initiatives, leadership engagement and employee events that support Credit & Fraud Management's (CFM) priorities. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen employee connection, drive participation, enhance leadership visibility and support organizational effectiveness across CFM.

What will you do?

  • Provide strategic leadership and consultation in support of employee initiatives, business priorities and enterprise activations
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives that drive participation, awareness and alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • Leverage employee feedback and engagement touchpoints to identify opportunities and recommend initiatives that enhance employee connection and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver career development and employee growth initiatives that support learning, networking, professional development and employee engagement across CFM
  • Design leadership engagement opportunities that strengthen employee connection, visibility and dialogue across CFM, and create meaningful opportunities for employees to connect with leaders, share feedback and contribute to organization success
  • Support leadership visibility and employee initiatives that reinforce business priorities and employee understanding
  • Leads the strategic planning, coordination and execution of CFM employee events, leadership forums, and employee experiences across CFM
  • Establish planning processes, governance and best practices that support the delivery of employee initiatives and events across CFM
  • In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 1+ years' experience in Employee Engagement and Communications
  • Experience in developing employee initiatives, workforce programs, and organizational engagement activities
  • Experience in engaging leaders, creating listening forums and workforce consultation
  • Proven ability to design, plan and deliver employee events, forums, and engagement experiences
  • Strong ability in stakeholder management, relationship building and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in project management and coordination of multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Leadership experience
  • Branding or design experience
  • Experience working on transformational projects/initiatives
  • Experience in planning and executing events
