We’re seeking an experienced and self-driven estate planning paralegal to support our legal team in the office 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate for this position will love systems and project management, plus use their work experience, patience, and organizational skills to assist estate planning clients. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
  • Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicate regularly with clients
  • Witness or notarize clients signing legal documents
  • Keep clients and attorneys informed of case progress

Qualifications:
