Do you enjoy creating order, anticipating needs and making life easier for others?

If so, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're assisting a warm, appreciative Christian family in their search for a long-term Private Household Manager who will help keep their busy household running smoothly.

This isn't a traditional housekeeping or nanny position. It's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to a family that values communication, organization, initiative and long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate household schedules, appointments and projects
  • Manage vendors and household services
  • Run errands using family vehicles
  • Plan groceries and prepare healthy family meals
  • Help organize the home and household systems
  • Support school-aged children before and after school as needed
  • Work alongside a Household Helper and delegate appropriate tasks
  • Anticipate needs and help the household operate efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're open to a variety of backgrounds, including:

  • Household Manager
  • Executive Assistant
  • Personal Assistant
  • Estate Manager
  • Office Manager
  • Family Assistant
  • Operations Coordinator
  • Experienced Nanny with household management responsibilities

The ideal candidate is:

  • Exceptionally organized
  • Proactive and dependable
  • An excellent communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Professional, confident and service-oriented
  • Someone who enjoys helping others and building trusted relationships

Schedule

Monday-Friday, generally 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Some flexibility is occasionally needed. Family travel is preferred but not required and is planned well in advance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65,000-$75,000
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • PTO & paid holidays
  • Family vehicle for work-related errands

This is a rare opportunity to join a family looking for a true long-term partner. Their previous Household Manager remained with them for eight years, and they're hoping to build that kind of relationship again.

If you're looking for meaningful work where you'll be trusted, appreciated and able to make a real difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
