Job description

Annual Salary - $26,000 Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required Duties/Responsibilities: Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and other Residential Recovery Centers Monitor consumer safety and assist with proper self-administration of medication Answer and document calls to the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services (Ashland Location) Ensure accurate completion of admission and discharge paperwork Monitor consumer vitals and conduct regular bed checks Assist in resolving immediate crises or escalated consumer needs Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Crisis/ASAM training Provide transportation for clients to and from services as needed Skills/Knowledge Required: Strong organizational skills Knowledge of client care coordination and referrals in crisis settings Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Clear communication and documentation skills This is a full time position.
