HVAC TI Estimator/Assistant Project Manager - Orange County, CA Responsibilities: Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects Make sales calls on existing and new clients Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work) Assist Senior Project Managers from concept to turn-key. Calculate ROI & analyze energy models Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget Requirements: 6+ years of HVAC PM/Estimating and/or Sales experience Familiar with California Building Codes Knowledge of Timberline, MS Excel, BlueBeam, Quickpen Local Stable work-history
