Denver, CO
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
$19.29–$27.05/hr. + Shift Differential (Earn up to $28.63/hr. based on experience)

MMS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team lead to support second-shift operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, mentoring technicians, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and facility systems
  • Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance activities
  • Train and mentor technicians on maintenance procedures and safety practices
  • Prioritize work orders and support daily maintenance operations
  • Manage maintenance parts inventory and assist with materials ordering
  • Utilize CMMS/eMaint systems to track maintenance activity and work orders
  • Work directly with customers and facility personnel to support operational needs
  • Assist with maintenance projects from planning through completion
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
Requirements:What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, facility, or maintenance experience
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing equipment issues
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
  • Welding experience preferred
  • HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment

A Typical Shift

You'll start your evening reviewing maintenance priorities and coordinating with your team. Throughout the shift, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues, support preventive maintenance activities, complete repairs, and help ensure operations stay on track. Some nights focus on planned maintenance, while others require quick thinking and problem-solving.
