Coho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency inside the Personal Care category within P&G. We are looking for a Post-Production Editor to handle complex editing, motion graphics, and CG integration while ensuring efficient delivery of high-volume content needs. You will need to execute and coordinate content adaptation across P&G's Personal Care brand portfolio - brands like Secret, Gillette, Olay, Safeguard, Ivory, Old Spice & more.

What does the role involve?

Managing and executing post-production projects at scale

Leading technical direction for video editing, motion graphics, and CG integration

Creating and adapting content across multiple aspect ratios and platforms

Developing and implementing efficient post-production workflows

Handling concurrent editing projects while maintaining quality standards

Collaborating with Production, Account, and Creative teams

Maintaining organized asset management systems

Coordinating with other editors and artists on shared projects

Problem-solving technical challenges in real-time

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution: Deliver high-quality video editing, motion graphics, and CG integration across multiple formats

Creative Implementation: Transform creative direction into polished final assets

Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality across all deliverables while meeting tight deadlines

Workflow Optimization: Contribute to improving post-production processes and asset management

Job Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of hands-on video editing and post-production experience

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated motion graphics and handle CG integration

Strong technical knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining quality

Preferred:

Experience with global brands or in-house creative agencies

Proficiency in animation and 3D software (Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)

Understanding of social media platform specifications

Experience with asset management systems

Experience with AI-powered content creation tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar video generation platforms)
