Job description

CDR General Services is looking for a Marketing Design Specialist to support our lead generation systems and create branded marketing assets in Baton Rouge, LA 70806. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys both marketing operations and design production.
You’ll help keep our marketing workflows organized, support CRM and follow-up systems, and produce clean, on-brand visuals for marketing, sales, and recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with lead capture pages and forms
  • Help manage appointment flows and follow-up sequences (email & SMS)
  • Support CRM pipeline organization and contact management in GoHighLevel
  • Monitor basic campaign performance (leads, conversions, activity)
  • Help compile weekly and monthly reports
  • Create branded graphics for social media, email campaigns, ads, and outreach
  • Produce simple one-pagers, flyers, and service visuals
  • Maintain design templates
  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines
  • Work with internal teams to deliver assets for outreach, presentations, and requests
Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in marketing, marketing operations, or digital marketing support
  • GoHighLevel experience (preferred) – workflows, forms, CRM/pipelines
  • Canva proficiency or similar image editing software (required); Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of email and SMS marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate in person with teams
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services (Preferred)
  • Basic familiarity with Zapier or Make (Preferred)
