Description
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and organizational culture initiatives. This role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and promote employee engagement through impactful training experiences. The trainer will facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, professional development sessions, and occasional customer-facing trainings aligned with company values and business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, or organizational development.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Experience developing instructional materials and training documentation.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with internal software tools, enterprise systems, or technical products.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches based on audience needs and learning styles.
  • Customer training or customer-facing communication experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or technical platforms are a plus.
  • Be punctual, have a good work attitude, and work cooperatively with other in the department and company.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on leadership development, communication, employee engagement and company culture.
  2. Facilitate and deliver instructor-led training sessions, virtual training sessions, team building exercises, and professional development programs for employees and leaders.
  3. Support onboarding initiatives that reinforce company values, workplace expectations, and organizational culture.
  4. Partner with HR, department leaders, and executive leadership to identify development opportunities and training needs.
  5. Create training materials including facilitator guides, presentations, activities, assessments, and e-learning content. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, knowledge checks, and performance metrics.
  6. Promote continuous learning and employee development across the organization.
  7. Assist with change management and organizational development initiatives by supporting communication and training efforts.
  8. Maintain training schedules, records, and learning resources within the company's learning management system (LMS).
  9. Observe and adhere to DMP Data Classification Standard.
  10. Observe company policies. Continuously strive to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements.
  11. May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. May train or instruct fellow workers regarding own duties.
  12. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
