ChaCha’s Dog Daycare & Grooming is a Sacramento institution with 25+ years in the community. We’re looking 

for an experienced, independent groomer to step into an active, loyal client base — no cold start, no building 

from zero. 


What you’re walking into: 

  •  36+ haircut appointments per week already on the books 

  •  A bather/prep assistant handling bath, blow dry, and setup so you can focus on the cut 

  •  A loyal client base that has been with us for years and is ready to meet you 

  •  Real earning potential — fast, experienced groomers earn well above $25/hr equivalent on commission 

  •  Weekend availability comes with additional earning opportunity — strong plus 

Compensation: Guaranteed base hourly pay + commission on haircut services you perform. 

Commission scales with your verified productivity. We pay you more as you get faster — not less. 

We’re looking for: 

  •  Independent grooming experience — full haircuts across breeds and styles 

  •  Professional, calm demeanor with dogs and clients 

  •  Your own tools (clippers, scissors, blades) 

  •  Weekend availability is a strong plus and comes with real earning opportunity
