Job description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team! If you have a positive, warm attitude and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Dispatch technicians and manage scheduling
  • File paperwork, scan, and email documents to customers
  • Provide general administrative support to the office
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Assist with data entry using Excel and field service management software
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other office staff to support after-hours needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Field Service Management software (preferred)
  • Prior experience in HVAC/Refrigeration or similar trade industries (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
