CNAs (Full Time 6AM - 2PM / 2PM - 10PM / 10PM - 6AM) (8 HOUR SHIFTS)

Responsibilities
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Assists patients to maintain their current level of function or to restore function of ADL's
  • Acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
  • Complies with the Code of Conduct and corporate compliance
  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient information to ensure patient's rights are protected
  • Uses appropriate equipment (lifts/gait belt) and follows policy when transferring patients.
  • Changes patient bedding as necessary and makes unoccupied beds
  • Serves and assist in tray set and assist in picking up trays/passes drinking water and ice
  • Answers call bells timely reports issues to charge nurse
Must-Haves for Role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
  • CPR certification (Required)
  • Reliable transportation
