Job description

  • Comply with and uphold all NCAA, conference, departmental, and institutional rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to student-athlete success when interacting with all constituent groups, with particular emphasis on student-athletes, athletics department coaches and staff, and members of the University community.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the planning and execution of practices and competitions, including practice plans, game strategies, scouting, and in-game adjustments.
  • Provide individual and small-group coaching, instruction, skill development, and film review sessions to support student-athlete development and team performance.
  • Participate in game-day preparation and responsibilities, including team meetings, pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game debriefs and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff and athletics personnel to support team operations, student-athlete development, and the overall goals of the athletics program.

Requirements
Work Hours: Part-time
Schedule varies depending on in-season or out-of-season. The ability to work nights and weekends required to support practices and games.
