The Assistant Director of Pharmacy reports to the Director of Pharmacy and manages the pharmacy staff and collaborates with leaders across multiple departments. The assistant director will have responsibility for both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies and an ambulatory care anticoagulation clinic.

Requirements and Skills
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
340b pharmacy experience preferred
