Our Carefree Living facility in McGregor is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director/Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to support our assisted living community. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate who is confident managing assisted living operations while supporting teams and maintaining high standards of care and service.Schedule: Full-time day shift position with hours outside of that based on the needs of the facilitySalary: Exempt - Competitive wage based on experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee daily operations of assisted living communities including clinical, administrative, dining, environmental, and staffing functions.Provide leadership and support to managers and staff to ensure high-quality resident-centered care.Maintain compliance with current county, state, and federal assisted living regulations.Partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure services are delivered according to resident care plans.Lead and support QAPI initiatives, safety programs, and operational improvement efforts.Monitor and build census, maintain admissions activity, and CRM documentation.Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, county workers, and community partners.Participate in annual budgeting process and work with Executive team in developing new and creative ways to grow revenue and maximize operational profits to achieve the organization's operating and financial objectives. Monitor budget expenditures with managerial personnel throughout the year.Support employee satisfaction through coaching, mentoring, scheduling support, and staff development.Coordinate investigations, follow-up, and documentation related to complaints or regulatory concerns.Maintain and update the facilities emergency preparedness binder, UDALSA etc.Participate in strategic planning and leadership meetingsMaintain excellent communication with residents, families, staff, and corporate leadership.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership teamQUALIFICATIONS:Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license requiredPrevious Executive Director or assisted living leadership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations and operationsExperience with staffing, budgeting, customer service, and regulatory complianceStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while supporting a team-focused cultureProficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel locally or regionally as needed to trainings or meetings.
