Responsibilities
As the ADON, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will:
  • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive nursing care.
  • Implement specialized procedures and programs to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Managers to set and achieve goals.
  • Maintain compliance with operational policies, state, and federal regulations.
Key Duties

  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Actively participate in the nursing home survey process.
  • Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs.
