Job Description

The Marketing & Social Media Assistant supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for ASU Dining. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of engaging content, supporting social media channels, and enhancing the overall guest experience through creative marketing efforts. This role works closely with operations, culinary, and campus partners to promote dining programs and services across Arizona State University.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to support dining programs and initiatives
  • Create and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards
  • Capture and develop digital content including photography, video, and graphics to support marketing efforts
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to guest inquiries, and support community engagement
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote menu offerings, retail concepts, and special events
  • Participate in on-site marketing activations, tabling events, and campus engagement activities
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain compliance with Aramark and Arizona State University brand standards and guidelines

Qualifications
