This position is a part-time role working 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
The primary responsibility is coordinating provider scheduling for a large, multi-specialty provider group that delivers care across multiple campuses. Duties include developing and maintaining monthly provider schedules, managing daily schedule adjustments, and responding to last-minute coverage requests to ensure seamless clinical operations. Experience with QGenda scheduling software is preferred. The remaining portion of the role will focus on analytics and reporting, including data analysis, operational metrics, provider productivity reporting, and other analytical projects that support departmental planning and decision-making.
This position is not a remote position.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in analytics or healthcare operations setting or related field required. QGenda experience is preferred.
