Airdrop Acres — Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

  • Airdrop Acres is a private, paid online trading community rooted in crypto, airdrop farming, tokens, and emerging Web3 opportunities. Members receive daily signals and calls, hands-on group execution support, and access to a curated network of active traders. We are a lean, small team looking to expand our efforts and grow our footprint across the crypto and finance sector.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Assistant specializing in Customer Coordination and Brand & Community. The Operations Assistant will handle day-to-day operational tasks, manage member communications, deliver exceptional customer service, and support broader operations management activities. The role also contributes to community engagement and strengthening our brand presence.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to grow alongside a scaling community.

Compensation & Hours

  • $1,000/month base pay
  • Bonus opportunities for exceptional results (e.g., strong sales conversions, member growth, standout contributions)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries across Discord, Telegram, and email
  • Onboard new members and ensure a smooth first-week experience
  • Troubleshoot common member issues and escalate complex cases to leadership

Sales Support

  • Engage prospective members via phone calls, text messages, and email to answer questions and walk them through membership options
  • Follow up on warm leads, trial users, and inquiries to help convert interest into active memberships

Daily Operations

  • Support the distribution of daily signals and calls across channels

Scheduling & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, calls, and events across the team
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they come up
  • Provide flexible support wherever the team needs an extra set of hands

Brand & Community Engagement

  • Assist with light content scheduling and announcements

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in operations and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort on phone calls
  • Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional tone
