What does an assistant creative at a church do?

An Assistant Creative at a church typically supports the Creative Team by helping plan, design, and execute visual, digital, and media elements for church services and events. Responsibilities often include assisting with graphic design, video production, stage design, and coordinating creative projects that enhance the worship experience. This role works closely with pastors, worship leaders, and other staff to ensure creative elements align with the church’s mission and message. Close communication and flexibility are key, as priorities can shift quickly around major events or holidays. You'll likely participate in planning meetings, provide creative support, and help troubleshoot last-minute changes to maintain a smooth and inspiring worship experience.
