Job Description

We are seeking a Feed Labeling and Registration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Land O'Lakes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative coordination, document review, state feed product registration, and Microsoft Office and a proven ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy, ensure timely processing of registrations and licensing, and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide feed labeling support, including label creation and review for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage feed registration activities, including processing incoming mail, handling state letters, and coordinating check processing.
  • Execute feed product registration and licensing with state agencies and maintain related records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency utilizing email and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust competing priorities.
  • Strong math aptitude and sound documentation practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Experience level: 1–3 years with high school diploma or GED, or 0–2 years with a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with state feed product registration or similar regulated documentation workflows.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint-based document management and tracking.

Work Schedule & Details:

  • Onsite name: Land O'Lakes.
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
  • Temp-to-perm: No.
  • Background check and drug test required prior to start.
