Assemble, arrange and clean kitchen and dining areas. Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment (dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, utensils, shelves, etc.) on a daily basis. Preps for next day as assigned.  Qualifications we're looking for.Must be able to endure at least four to eight hours continuous work (depending upon assigned shift) requiring physical demands including but not limited to standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.Graduation from high school or equivalent required.At least three months experience in hospital or institutional cooking is required.Must know how to operate and care for institutional kitchen equipment and appliances and be alert to hazards.Must know how to plan, organize, and measure ingredients to provide a well-balanced meal in a timely basis. Daughters of Charity Ministries, Inc. may obtain "consumer reports" about you from a consumer reporting agency for employment purposes.
