We're seeking a Production Cook to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective! What You'll Do:

  • Prepare pizza dough while ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Prepare pasta dough for production
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production kitchen
  • Assist in training new team members when needed
  • Package and deliver dough products to venues as scheduled

What You Have:

  • Flexible schedule required - shifts start at 5:00 am
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently and delivering results with limited supervision
  • Previous experience in dough or bakery production is a strong asset
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are considered assets
