Role Overview
The Assistant Controller - Mission Support overseescorporate accounting and treasury operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial insight.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full monthly close process for corporate accounts, including journal entries, accruals, reclasses, invoicing, cash receipts, and account reconciliations. Ensure all financial data is accurate, timely, and well documented, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
  • Manage the monthly bank reconciliation process for all corporate accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, monitor cash flow, and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and financial accuracy. Support the execution of compliant and effective corporate credit card processes.
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash management, and financial analysis, including daily bank transactions, annuity disbursements, working capital investments, monthly bank reconciliations, and corporate credit card processes. Maintain optimal liquidity, manage cash positioning, and develop cashflow projections and liquidity forecasts. Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen financial performance, operational efficiency, and internal controls, communicating insights to leadership to support strategic planning and decision makingcapital investments, monthly bank reconciliations, and corporate credit card processes. Maintain optimal liquidity, manage cash positioning, and develop cashflow projections and liquidity forecasts. Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen financial performance, operational efficiency, and internal controls, communicating insights to leadership to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement by participating in financial audits, preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and implementing corrective actions.
