What Are We Looking For?
Novant Health Urgent Care is currently looking for a Physician, Physician Assistant or a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing urgent care family. The provider works with the support of our teams of patient services representatives, nurses, medical assistants, and x-ray techs to serve our diverse populations ages 6 months and above.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
  • Physician: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy Degree with Board Certification (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Dual Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Board Certifications)
  • APP: Master's degree in either Nurse Practitioner (with Family Nurse Practitioner specialty), or Physician Assistant
  • Active SC licensure
  • Active DEA and SC Controlled Substance
  • DOT Certification
  • 2 or more years of experience working in either family practice or urgent care setting
  • Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
  • Willing to work at other centers as needed
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
An ideal candidate would also have:
  • 5 or more years of urgent care experience as a Physician, FNP or PA
