What You'll Do

As the Controller, you'll oversee the company's financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital

  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

  • Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external CPA firms and tax advisors

  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff


What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience using accounting software or ERP systems

  • CPA or CMA designation
