Job Description
  • The Construction Superintendent oversees all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion.
  • Manages job sites and projects with professional Construction Superintendent skills.
  • Responsibilities Quality control for all trades.
  • Ensure job-site housekeeping is maintained.
  • Able to communicate well with Project Manager and Subcontractors.
  • Responsible for safety program compliance.
  • Responsible for scope of work verification of subcontractors.
  • Must have a proven track record as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a GC, Commercial Construction Company while being professional and a motivated self-starter
  • A minimum of 10 years proven successful Commercial construction Superintendent experience.
  • Degree required but experience is considered.
  • Must be computer literate, possess the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, efficiently, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and with a high degree of quality.
  • Possess knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Dependable with a stable work history, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, time sensitive, team environment.
